The Old Man Emu 4x4 suspension system is renowned for its fine-tuned on-pavement and off-pavement performance, and the Toyota Tacoma suspension is no exception! The system includes coils, leaves, struts, shocks, exhaust bracket, and shackle end bushings. (greasable shackle kit OMEGS12 strongly recommended) This kit offers more rear wheel travel than the stock TRD suspension because the extended length of the Old Man Emu shocks are over 3” longer than the extended length of the Bilsteins. (OME 23” vs Bilstein 19.7") The 2nd leaf can be removed from the rear spring pack for a smoother ride, and for trucks that do not carry any weight. Old Man Emu shocks are valved specifically for their intended applications, for optimal performance.
