Skid Row NightCrawler? Front Bumper for 84-01 Jeep XJ Cherokee |
Most folks add all sorts of high wattage off-road lights and unless they’re desert racing, they end up not using them. Why? Because they tend to blind the person they are behind or the spotter that’s trying to help them. Most off-road lights light up the ground well in front of the Jeep while doing little near the front tires where a spotter is trying to see. These new NightCrawler bumpers have mounting holes for six inexpensive, easily replaced, Spotter’s Lamps to illuminate the ground right in front of the vehicle to aid in spotting and rock crawling at night.
These bumpers will be available in two models; One with and one without the 2” receiver. They will include the following features:
3/16” thick steel construction.
Laser cut and precision folded.
Mounting holes for six inexpensive, easily replaced Spotter’s Lamps to illuminate the ground right in front of the vehicle to aid in spotting and rock crawling at night.
Tow hook mounting brackets.
Mounting provisions for the factory vacuum canister.
Bolt-on installation with no drilling required.
The model with the 2” receiver is reinforced with 3/16” wall tubing for maximum strength.
The model without the 2” receiver includes a small 1/4” thick skid plate that bolts onto the bottom of the bumper.
We are redesigning this bumper to make it modular
just like our TJ and YJ bumpers.
