Truck Master Rear Spare Tire Riser Kits

Adapt you stock tire carrier to carry up to a 33” tall tire mounted on aftermarket rims. Riser includes 3rd brake light riser and rubber tailgate mount extenders.

This riser kit will solve your spare tire interference problems. The riser raises the spare tire to accommodate up to 33” tires and allows the spare to clear the factory or TMD’s rear bumper. The riser is made from 1/4” thick steel and is e-coated for rust protection.

The kit includes the relocater, 3rd brake light riser and rubber tailgate mount extenders to stabilize the spare tire. For durability, the fasteners are stainless steel and the tubes are aluminum.

When the relocater bracket is bolted to the factory carrier it will raise the spare tire 1-1/4”. Once the spare is raise, the 3rd brake light also needs to be raised - this kit includes longer bolts and tubes to raise the 3rd brake light bracket 2-1/2” to clear a 33” tire.

To extend the five factory tire bump stops located on the tailgate and lower body, the kit also includes 5 spacers, bolts and washers. This lets the bump stops re-contact the spare tire to prevent excessive tire shaking while the Jeep is in motion.

The design of this kit purposely angles the top of the spare tire towards the body of the Jeep to help transfer the weight of the tire to the body, rather than straight or angled away from the body. This puts less stress on body components than other kits on the market.

NOTE: This riser kit does not work with factory style wheels due to backspacing.
