We took this XJ Cherokee from a stocker to a very capable off-road rig.  We installed an 8.5” BDS Long-Arm Suspension w/ 9500 Series Gas Shocks, BDS Lower Contol Arm Skids, BDS Differential Guards, BDS Steering Stabilizer, Tom Woods NP242 SYE, Tom Woods Custom Driveshaft, 4.56 Gears, Gibson Stainless Steel Cat-Back Exhaust and an ARB Safari Snorkel.  This suspension system allowed for the fitment of 35X12.50R15 BFG Mud-Terrains on 15X8 Steel Wheels..... WITHOUT trimming or cutting of the fenders!

BDS really did a great job engineering this kit.  The installation was rather straight foward, although it is not something for the novice mechanic to attempt themselves.  We were extremely happy with the finished product.  The Jeep handled fantastic and was smooth even at a cruising speed of 65 mph. 

For anyone looking to run a 35” tire on their XJ without a body lift or cutting up their fenders, this is the way to go!
